Lindsay O. Williams is Of Counsel at Sparks Law Firm, where she focuses on appellate advocacy. She has extensive experience representing individuals in Texas appellate courts, and she has focused her practice exclusively on appellate law since 2007. She has appeared before numerous state appellate courts and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and she frequently assists other attorneys with appellate issues and briefing in state and federal courts.

Lindsay is Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has been recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in Appellate Law by Texas Monthly Magazine since 2001, and she has been selected as a "Top Attorney" by Fort Worth Magazine.
LEGAL EDUCATION & MEMBERSHIP
Lindsay graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law and the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business with a joint J.D./M.B.A. degree in 2005. In law school, she served as articles editor on the Texas Tech Law Review and served as a Legal Practice Teaching Fellow. She was also the recipient of the jurisprudence award in both Legal Practice II and Criminal Procedure. Lindsay received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2001.

Lindsay is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Order of the Coif. She is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
